Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintaindesired parts sales margins and inventories
• Review departmental financials and initiate changes as required
• Oversee and manage a substantial parts inventory, involving regular inventory counts
• Seek out new parts business
• Source out new Vendors, Suppliers and Manufacturers, negotiating terms and pricing for increased profitability
• Participate in management meetings
• Create, submit and monitor bookings and seasonal parts orders
• Work closely with customers to meet their parts requirements
• Design, develop and implement advertisements to increase sales
• Oversee and assist in monthly parts returns, core returns and warranty claims
• Follow-up with suppliers on backordered parts
• Assist Service Dept with all parts related inquiries
• Other related duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent. College or post-secondary education is preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Available to work overtime if required
