Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Assembly Service Technician to join our team. You will assist in assembling agricultural, rural lifestyle, and light construction equipment including tractors, mowers, utility vehicles, and farm machinery. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude and a love for hands-on work.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble compact tractors, agricultural, and light construction equipment.
• Conduct routine service inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain accurate service records and a clean work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school or relevant certification is a plus.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn.
• Experience with small engines, hydraulics, or diesel equipment is a plus.
• Ability to use hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and power tools.
• Owning basic tools is an asset.
• Ability to work independently is an asset.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
